I have a chart where none of my planets have any dignity (except the Sun is in its own decan in Gemini). This includes domicile, exaltation, bounds, triplicities and decans as well as planetary joys. I do have one planet in detriment, my Jupiter (night chart) in Virgo. Jupiter has no degree based aspects to any planet or point in my chart, but it is co-present with Mars & Saturn in my Virgo 5H. Jupiter's at 4+ degrees Virgo while all of my planets and points are clustered in degrees between 17-28 degrees (most at 20 & 21 degrees). My benefic of sect & chart ruler Venus in 2H Gemini is combust, retrograde, and squaring my Mars/Saturn conjunction. The best thing about this is Venus is at least overcoming. When I look at my chart I don't see a lot of help or resources for my planets. I definitely have experienced many, many challenges AND I also experience myself as a pretty lucky person. Where can I find my luck in my chart?

It looks like you have a super peregrine chart. None of your planets have any essential dignity (except for that Sun by decan). This makes me wonder what your Mercury is doing. It looks as though you have most of your planets ruled by Mercury.
I like to call these types of charts bouncy. If you follow the rulership scheme of a chart like this around, you’ll bounce around from one plant to the next. Things don’t pour in one place in the chart. It’s like a crowded room where no one has a microphone, where everyone’s voice is at equal volume.
Sometimes, it’s really nice to have a leadership, peregrine heavy chart. There’s a certain charm to it.
One thing that I’ve noticed a bit with peregrine heavy charts is that people with many peregrine planets seem to be a bit of an edgelord. They know this experience of profoundly not belonging, of being the kid who kind of always says the wrong thing at the wrong time so they find a way of throwing that in people’s faces a bit. That’s the humor with peregrine charts. Peregrine planets are the planets who sit in the corner dressed all in black who you expect to be really mysterious but then they end up making loud dick jokes all the time.
You have a lot of peregrine planets. You might be some kind of weirdo. I don’t know, though. Peregrine planets are strange.
But you asked about luck. I like this question because I have my own ideas about luck. Luck is only partially about your birth. There’s birth luck for sure but then there’s also the life that you live. In Chinese astrology, there’s spirit luck (birth luck) and there’s life luck. Life luck includes seasonal things, it includes societal things, and it also includes the things that you will into being. Luck includes your choices.
The charm about peregrine charts is that you are weird and, in being weird, you find a way to allow yourself to do almost anything. There is a specularly sense of permission that peregrine heavy charts live in.
So, I guess what I’m trying to say is that you make your own luck.
I did also want to mention—your Venus is in Gemini and your Jupiter is in Virgo. Venus falls in Virgo, where Jupiter is, and Jupiter faces adversity in Gemini which is where Venus is positioned. This is called astrological rejection. Sometimes, when this happens, there’s a push between the two planets that reject each other. This is not a bad thing. It simply means that the tension between these two planets will drive certain parts of your chart.
So, it’s not just that you have a peregrine heavy chart. It’s also that you have a peregrine heavy chart that struggles against itself. This isn't a bad thing. You just know what it's like to live at the crossroads.
When dealing with rejection, it’s always about choice. You choose when you lean into one planet and when you want to evoke the other. These are two planets with very different strategies.
Your luck has to do with your ability to give yourself the permission that you need to choose things that other people might not find available. I’ve seen peregrine heavy charts do some pretty fantastic things, usually with this sense of being a bit mischievous or even being the bad guy, and I’ve seen charts with polarizing rejection push themselves into struggles that make them into great people. You have a lot of tenacity in your chart. Make luck with that tenacity and remember that the strange is your best friend.
