Reparenting Scorpio Moon

Nov. 20, 2020, 9:54 a.m.

There’s a huge difference between Scorpio Moons who have cool siblings and Scorpio Moons who hated their siblings. Scorpio Moons who get along with their siblings have a habit of making secret conversations where their brutality gets softened over time until it becomes an habitual edgelordesque affect. Scorpio Moons who either don’t have or don’t like their siblings keep all of their secrets hidden in silence.

Scorpio Moons never need anyone. This is the Moon in it’s fall. Scorpio Moons know where all of the resources are and how they might get those resources should the time come to it but they don’t really need anyone or anything. They don’t even need their partner of thirty years. They tell this to their partner every so often just so that they don’t get any wrong ideas.

You’re a Scorpio Moon and you’re always refusing things. Especially if you want them. Desire is terrifying because desiring someone means that they can hurt you by going away. You’d rather desire no one.

It’s okay. Not everyone is terrified of you. Some people like being put through multiple tests and hoops before they are allowed to love you because they think it’s fun. Some people expect there to be jealousy and are capable of accepting yours. Reparenting Scorpio Moon has to do with making fun of the parts of you that seemed to look like a demon come to earth when you were a teen. It means not hiding anymore but loving and showing yourself.

Scorpio Moons, for all their blankness and fake normal aesthetics and camouflage, actually would love it if someone were powerful enough to overpower them. They’re not especially fond of obedient people who expect to be made into tools by larger forces even if those people are attracted to Scorpio Moon’s power. Scorpio Moon wants to be held down too.

Scorpio Moon wants to be held onto too. Scorpio Moons want to be listened to. Scorpio Moons are compassionate too.

Environmental stress doesn’t work on a Scorpio Moon. The more everyone else bullies a person the more Scorpio Moon wants to be that person’s friend. The harder a career path looks, the more Scorpio Moon wants to build that path. Scorpio Moon doesn’t care if there’s a million people competing or five. They understand that they will survive their choices no matter the odds.

Scorpio Moon often feels need, yearning, and sadness in the form of rage. You become possessed by your rage. You are deeply afraid that people will not accept your rage. Reparenting Scorpio Moon means finding out that you are not so alone in your rage. You share it with so many people.

It takes guts to reparent Scorpio Moon and you have guts. It takes the atrociously ridiculous and almost impossible act of deciding to love again when love has become associated with pain to reparent Scorpio Moon. Scorpio Moon is a wounded Moon but all Moons are wounded Moons. Scorpio Moons are held when they peek from their cuts and notice the wounds of others.

Most of the time, Scorpio Moons know when someone judges them, is afraid of them, or belittles them even when the words are not spoken out loud. However, what reparenting Scorpio Moon is about is figuring out which of these small negative moments actually mean anything. We sometimes judge people when we meet them but, then, sometimes those people grow to be our best friends. We can sometimes feel threatened when our friends start to succeed but most people will not act on the fear and release the jealousy on their own time. Because Scorpio Moons feel everything, they have to figure out how to let go of genuine but misplaced intuition.

And not everyone will like a Scorpio Moon. This is the fall of the Moon and detriment of Venus. Reparenting Scorpio Moon is about finding enough integrity that you no longer care.

You’re a Scorpio Moon. Your self esteem is built by the choices that lead you to your principles, not by the validation of others. You are able to build richness in dearth places because you go where no one wants to go. The people who want to go with you just might actually be people who stand a chance of understanding you every now and again.
